The International Mind, Brain, and Education Society invites you to our inaugural conference, November 1-3, 2007, in Fort Worth, Texas, to explore
Our general focus is on aligning the political and educational issues that impact educational policy. These issues (or perspectives) are numerous, and the following are highlighted at our inaugural conference: the impact of standards on practice, the role of cognitive science and neuroscience in education, the emergence of new relationships between biology and education, and how research can inform and influence policy. We are meeting at the Renaissance Worthington Hotel, which overlooks historic Sundance Plaza.
