Brad Allison’s research interest is in organizational redesign to incorporate significant neuro scientific research in the quest to improve learning in schools. He has been a principal and superintendent in urban school districts in several states. He is currently a professor of educational administration at California State University, Los Angeles, where he teaches public sector finance, human resource management and leadership for social justice.
He earned a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He lives in Del Mar, California.
